Sec. 4. THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute all
contracts and documents for which funding is appropriated in
the aforementioned budgets.

The first reading and public hearing being conducted on the 71h day of
September 2021.

The second reading and public hearing being conducted on the 215t day of
September 2021.
