Parks and Recreation
The Colleyville 2018 Parks, Recreation, and Open Space Master Plan provides direction on program
offerings, facility construction and management, general capital improvements, and park amenities. This
plan is also intended to establish goals, objectives, policies, and standards to help guide the future
development of the City’s parks, recreation, and open space system. Parks improvements are identified
by the priorities established through the various boards, committee, and maintenance needs. All projects
requiring funding are reviewed and approved by the City Council.
