RESOLUTION NO. 2020- 10

A RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAGINAW,
TEXAS ADOPTING FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT POLICIES

WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the financial management policies in a
series of workshops, and

WHEREAS, said City Council is of the opinion that these policies are designed to
establish guidelines for the fiscal management of the City:

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAGINAW, TEXAS:

1. That the City Council ofthe City of Saginaw, Texas does hereby formally approve
and adopt the FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT POLICIES, as a copy is attached to
the Resolution.

2. That henceforth the FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT POLICIES hereby adopted
shall be in full force and shall supersede any such prior policy and provision
thereof.
