CITY OF MANSFIELD, TEXAS
ANNUAL OPERATING BUDGET
FOR FISCAL YEAR 2020-2021
The 2020-2021 Budget will raise more revenue from
property taxes than last year’s budget by an amount of
$1,470,105 which is a 3.7% increase over last year’s budget.
The property tax revenue to be raised from new property
added to the tax roll this year is $1,821,610.
The amounts above are based on the City’s approved Fiscal Year 2020-2021 tax rate of $0.6900
per $100 of assessed valuation.
