Drainage Fee Impervious Area Study

Program Description Strategic Plan Connection
The purpose of the drainage fee impervious area study is to 3.3 Mitigate stormwater runoff and flooding risks
determine the impervious areas for all residential and non‐
residential properties for the purpose of calculating a new
storm drainage utility rate structure based on the amount of
impervious area and open space for each tract. The City has
approximately 9,400 residential and 550 non‐residential
properties included with this study.
