Values
Our corporate values underlie how the City accomplishes its work. These are the principles that we hold important and
standards by which the organization operates. These values, as adopted by the City Council, form the cornerstones
of the Strategic Management System and are designed to guide City staff in their day to day work and the Council
as it conducts its business:
