        The Southlake Parks Development Corporation capital budget provides $4,000,000 for the ongoing design
        and development of the City’s park system, and dollars for the matching fund program.

        The Park Dedication Fund capital budget provides funding in the amount of $370,000 to design and construct
        a new barn at the Bob Jones Park & Nature Preserve.

        The Hotel Occupancy Tax Fund capital budget provides funding in the amount of $200,000 to supplement the
        set-aside for the Southlake Visitor Information and Amenity Center.

                                          For  the  sixth  consecutive  year,  the  City
                                          will  use cash to fund  all  General Fund
                                          capital needs.  For FY 2020, $8.33 million
                                          in  cash  will  be used  to  pay for these
                                          capital projects.  This means that property
                                          taxpayers will not see an increase in the
                                          amount of debt that they are responsible
                                          for repaying.
