About the Cover


                North Richland Hills' new City Hall opened for business March 2016.

                The majority of City departments are housed at this location along
                     with the city’s Public Safety operations and Municipal Court.

                Construction of the new City Hall was approved by North Richland
                                                 Hills voters in 2012.
