• Expand partnerships and training with high risk targets, such as NE Mall, schools, and
churches

• Schedule and conduct community outreach events such as “Chat with the Chief” and
“Coffee with a Cop” at businesses, schools, organizations, and public events.

Goal: Increase the excellent and efficient delivery of services to crime victims.

• Employ a second victim assistance coordinator through grant funding and expand the
impact of the program
