This project is for a Water Risk and Resilience Assessment as 3.2 Ensure regular replacement of water and
per the October 23, 2018 law, America's Water Infrastructure wastewater facilities
Act (AWIA). The law requires community (drinking) water
systems serving more than 3,300 people to develop or
update risk assessments and emergency response plans
(ERPs).

impact fees that may be assessed.
