            Revenue for this fund is generated through
            the Stormwater Utility Fee which is paid by
            owners  of commercial and  residential
            property through the City’s water utility billing.
            Grants and revenue bonds may also be used
            to fund the Stormwater Capital Program.




            City‐wide Budget Impacts

            FY 2020 expenditures are impacted by a 2% across-the-board compensation adjustment effective April 2020.
