ENTERPRISE FUND
City of Saginaw
The Enterprise Fund is used to account for operations of the
City’s water and wastewater activities which are financed
and operated in a manner similar to private business
enterprises. Services of the Enterprise Fund are intended to
be self-supporting through user charges and fees.
