CITY OF RICHLAND HILLS Supplemental Request Form FY 2018-2019 Criminal Investigations receives many cases where thre is a need to obtain cell phones, tablets and other communication devices that are part of the evidence of a case. The cellbrite software will allow CID to download the information from these devices to use as evidence in the crime. This keeps the department from the wait time and expense of sending these items off to a lab to obtain the information
