CITY OF RICHLAND HILLS Supplemental Request Form FY 2018-2019 Due to aging infrastucture, the city has expierenced an increase of SSO's. The city entered into an agreement and submitted a plan with TCEQ on how to lessen/prevent futher SSO's. By meeting the objectives stated in the five year plan, the city can avoid the inceasingly higher fines levied by the state for sewer spills. This request is to provide the funding required to meet the FY 20-21 FY 19-20
