CITY OF RICHLAND HILLS Supplemental Request Form FY 2018-2019 This next FY the department plans to implement new community programs such as reestablishing the Explorer program, a summer program for middle school aged children that will be a precursor to the Explorer program, Unidos program for the Hispanic Community and Law Enforcement to unite and build relationships along with education.
