SPECIAL REVENUE FUNDS

Special Revenue Funds account for the accumulation and disbursement of
restricted resources. Special Revenue Funds consist of the Municipal
Court Building Security and Technology Funds, Richland Hills Economic

Development Corporation, Traffic Safety, Crime Control District and Hotel
Occupancy Funds.
