CITY OF MANSFIELD, TEXAS

ANNUAL OPERATING BUDGET

FOR FISCAL YEAR 2018-2019

The 2018-2019 Budget will raise more revenue from
property taxes than last year’s budget by an amount of

$3,720,018 which is an 8.11% increase over last year’s
budget. The property tax revenue to be raised from new

property added to the tax roll this year is $2,349,460.

The amounts above are based on the City’s approved Fiscal Year 2018-2019 tax rate of $0.7100
per $100 of assessed valuation.
