Asset Forfeiture Fund

HORIZON ISSUES

Since the purpose of the Justice Asset Forfeiture Fund is to deprive criminals of property used in or acquired
through illegal activities, the Police Department will develop a strategic approach to the budgeting and spending
of the asset forfeiture funds in a manner conducive to supporting that activity and focused on appropriate uses
for non-recurring revenues.
