HORIZON ISSUES
The upcoming State of Texas Legislative session beginning in January 2019 has the potential to adversely impact
the program through discontinuation of the enabling legislation. Violation collection rates continue a slight
downward trend as a result of county officials not applying holds on vehicle registrations due to unpaid red light
camera violations.
