COMMUNITY PROFILE
The City of Forest Hill is located in south central Tarrant County, seven miles southeast of downtown Fort
Worth. The City’s location boasts prime positioning at the hub of Fort Worth, Arlington, Mansfield and
Kennedale on the highly traveled I‐20 corridor. The city is home to an estimated 13,000 residents and
more than 300 businesses. Major employers include Conatser Construction, Chase Bank, Starbucks,
Denny’s, Luby’s Cafeteria, Best Western Plus, Comfort Inn, Hampton Inn & Suites, La Quinta Inn & Suites,
Value Place Hotel, Horton’s Tree Service, Midwest Wrecking, Arthur Hager AC, Cowtown Charters,
