ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
TERMS
The Economic Development Corporation Board of Directors has two-year terms. Places 1, 3, 5, and 7 are appointed in
odd-numbered years; Places 2, 4, and 6 are appointed in even-numbered years.
MEETINGS
The Board of Directors meets once each month or as requested.
QUORUM
A majority of all members constitutes a quorum.
OFFICERS
The Economic Development Corporation Board of Directors elects a President, Vice-President, and Secretary from its
members; officers are elected on an annual basis.
