PURPOSE STATEMENT:
To allocate costs that are shared by some or all the departments.
GOALS AND OBJECTIVES:
To prudently manage City risks.
To properly maintain and keep the City's information technology system up-to-date.
KEY POINTS OF PROPOSED BUDGET:
Contractual Services: Increase requested for the cost of the City's various insurance policies and costs
associated with property appraisal services from Tarrant Appraisal District and Parker County Appraisal
District.
