ORDINANCE NO. 2022-05

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF DALWORTHINGTON
GARDENS, TEXAS, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR OCTOBER I, 2021 THROUGH SEPTEMBER 30,
2022

WHEREAS, an annual operating budget for the fiscal year October 1, 2021 through September
30, 2022, was approved and adopted by the City Council of the City of Dalworthington Gardens, Texas, on
September 16. 2021, and

WHEREAS, amendments to said budget have been deemed necessary as itemized in "Exhibit A"
attached hereto and made a part hereof; and

WHEREAS, said full and final consideration of said budget amendments have been held in a
legally posted public meeting of the Dalworthington Gardens City Council, and it is the consensus of
opinion that the budget amendments as submitted, should be approved and adopted.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
DALWORTHINGTON GARDENS, THAT:

Section 1. The City Council for the City of Dalworthington Gardens, Texas, does hereby ratify, adopt, and
approve the budget amendments as itemized in "Exhibit A" for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2021
through September 30, 2022.

PASSED AND APPROVED on this March 17, 2022.
