CITY OF MANSFIELD, TEXAS

ANNUAL OPERATING BUDGET

FOR FISCAL YEAR 2019-2020

The 2019-2020 Budget will raise more revenue from
property taxes than last year’s budget by an amount of

$5,533,795 which is an 11.18% increase over last year’s
budget. The property tax revenue to be raised from new

property added to the tax roll this year is $2,980,875.

The amounts above are based on the City’s approved Fiscal Year 2019-2020 tax rate of $0.7100
per $100 of assessed valuation.
